Secure Deletion

Once data is no longer required:

  • It is safely deleted or anonymized
  • Backups are cleaned up as per our data lifecycle policy
  • Records are disposed of securely, both digitally and physically

You may request deletion of your data by emailing help@fatafatloans.com Note: We may retain some data to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

Exceptions

We may keep data longer if:

  • Required by RBI, legal authorities, or court orders
  • Needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
  • Used in anonymized form for analytics
